1. About the Practitioner

I practise in accordance with ANP professional standards and ethical guidelines.

2. Working Together

These Terms & Conditions will be reviewed in our first consultation.
Your support goals will be agreed collaboratively and reviewed regularly as we work together.

My aim is to create a supportive, respectful, and safe space throughout our sessions.

3. Payment

Payments may be made by card or through the online booking system.
All payments must be received prior to or on the day of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations

I understand that plans change. If you need to adjust a session, please let me know as soon as possible.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: the full fee is charged

  • Missed appointments: the full fee is charged

  • Rescheduling: please email hello@indre.co.uk

If I need to cancel a session, it will be rearranged at no cost to you.
For online sessions, please ensure you have a working internet connection.

5. Confidentiality

Your information is treated with respect and kept confidential. It may only be shared when:

  • There is a risk of harm to you or someone else

  • Disclosure is required by law

For safety, GP contact details may be requested.

6. Scope of Practice

Nutritional therapy is a complementary discipline that aims to support your overall wellbeing. It:

  • Works alongside medical care

  • Does not diagnose or treat medical conditions

  • Offers personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

  • May include optional suggestions for supplements or functional testing

Functional tests are completely optional, privately funded, and not required for you to receive support.

If any red-flag symptoms arise or additional medical assessment is needed, I may advise you to contact your GP or another healthcare professional.

7. What Clients Should Understand

The degree of benefit from nutritional therapy varies between clients

Advice is tailored to your individual needs

Nutritional therapy works alongside, not instead of, medical care

It is important to inform me of all medications, supplements, diagnoses and significant health changes

8. Client Responsibilities

By working with me, you agree to:

Inform me of any medical diagnoses, medications, supplements or health conditions

Contact your GP regarding any medical concerns

Ask for clarification if anything in your programme is unclear

Avoid recording sessions without written consent

Inform me if you wish to continue supplement protocols beyond the recommended timeframe

With your permission, I may communicate with your GP for continuity of care.

9. Complaints & Concerns

If you have a concern about the service provided, please discuss it with me directly or email hello@indre.co.uk.

I aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a full response within 21 working days.

If the issue is not resolved, you may escalate your concern to:

10. Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability

Nutritional Therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.

Decisions you make regarding your health remain your responsibility.

Indre Nutrition is not liable for adverse outcomes where relevant medical information has not been disclosed or guidance has not been followed appropriately.
